This is something that we, who have been praying for a major change to happen in the world of entertainment, have spent years waiting for. In 2002 the Lord spoke to me and said that my vision for the entertainment industry was mediocre and small in it’s scope. God gave me this message with such forceful physical examples that I could not ignore the importance of my obedience to it. It caused me to dramatically change the direction and scope of everything I was doing in the entertainment business. For nearly 18 years I’ve waited for this exact moment in time ~ when God would finally say, “Go!” One thing I have learned about the Lord, when He expects you to do something, He is very clear, forthright, and yet simple in His instructions.

This week one of our youth gave a prophecy that basically said: “When Michael Phelps won his 19th Olympic medal in the relay race, it was God showing us a metaphor of how we will win in the race of life.” Michael was place in the anchor position of the race. This meant that most of the race he had to watch others set the pace. But his teammates did such an incredible job that they gained almost two body lengths on the other swimmers. Ever since the early days of history men have tried to have power over their own destinies, and there have been countless attempts by leaders to shape the future of mankind by controlling every aspect of people’s lives. Numerous kings tried to do it, and over the past hundreds of years governments have attempted in every way to control mankind’s actions. For example, offering people government-financed health care was one of Hitler’s first steps in controlling the destiny of German families, and later, eliminating members of the population the Fuhrer did not like. But we know that his plans, no matter how elaborate and detailed they were, would be destroyed by world events.

Not once has evil ultimately been successful at its task. For instance, the Communist government of Russia, under the leadership of Kruschev, devised an incredibly detailed plan to destroy the free governments of the world ~ especially the United States. This historical time was termed “The Cold War”. The nations did not have to fight open military conflicts. The battles were conducted in a much more devious manner. Russia raised up an army to use against its own nation, that the head of the KGB called “the babushka forces”. This was where Russian women, who wore scarves over their heads, would sit at bus stops, banks, and train stations and nonchalantly spy on conversations of the people of Russia. <- If you would like to read more, Click Here for info!

Those of you who have read the news out of Europe understand that the future of their economy is extremely uncertain. Many Europeans are faced with looming questions, especially if they have large investments, and about what they need to do to protect their assets. I am approaching this problem from a Christian perspective, and also from what I have heard from the prophets. First, I believe we are entering the most exciting period in human history in which to be alive. It is a time when great changes are going to occur, and we are going to see dramatic shifts in public belief systems throughout Europe.

The views of Europeans are going to change even more dramatically then they did during the end of World War II. To fully understand this, it is important that you stand back for a moment and look at the big picture regarding what God’s plans are concerning the future of Europe. What we must do is forget about where public opinion says things are going, but instead look at the destination that God says is going to happen. Anyone who has been a Christian for any length of time, or has dealt with the spirit world, knows that we are in a physical warfare with spirits that are set to defeat us in our Godward direction. This battle becomes more acute the higher up the authority level you are promoted to. Greater authority is always given if it has been properly possessed. But if it is not properly possessed, it is destined to have a short life. The spirit world is acutely aware of these facts, and operates according to this knowledge.

If the spirit world senses that your destiny is to be short-lived, then they will use that as a motivating force to manipulate you into difficult positions. This will that not only cause your personal life to be uncomfortable, but make enjoying the authority you have next to impossible. This is why many people in positions of power become even more powerful. And, if the position was given to you as a result of being promoted by others, then your position is secure and the motivation that the enemy uses against you becomes markedly different. Wealth has never been about how much money you have, or how many items you possess. True riches are found in what you can do to help others. When you focus on what is possessed in your own name, you become easily vulnerable to attacks from the government, and enemies that desire to displace you from your wealth. That is why the Scriptures tell us that the power to gather and collect wealth is a curse that is given to sinners, while the just get to enjoy it and lavish it upon themselves. This is what Solomon wrote in the Book of Ecclesiastes, and it’s still true in today’s life.

I’ve seen many people, who should be wealthy, but instead the spirit of poverty has come upon them and they have become collectors and hoarders of possessions. At the same time I’ve never seen people who are so obsessed and miserable with their own physical condition. It seems like ninety percent of their time is spent on protecting their possessions. What a miserable way to live. As you climb up the ladder of success, you’re going to find yourself going to more parties. That’s right, I said “parties”. These are, in fact, the places where deals are made. They are very common for people who are influential. For example, Jesus Christ began His ministry at one held in Canaan. It was a wedding reception. Parties are extremely profitable and are important places that God wants you to be at. At the same time you must be aware that they are where principalities and powers in high places love to hang out. Their sole purpose is to meet and try to put their influences upon you.

One of the most obvious sources of conflict you’ll encounter at one of these events is people whose only intentions are to do evil. Wicked spirits realize the value of such people who attend these parties. While you are enjoying the luxury of fellowship of other leaders, God wants you to also be aware of new business opportunities that He may be bringing to you. That is why evil spirits wish to dominate these parties, and why it’s important for each of us to have our defenses up and be ready to defend ourselves from these influences. Resistance is one of the most common elements that leaders face. For that reason it’s important for us to discern what are the hindrances that formulate resistance, which ones you should ignore, and which ones are simply God warnings that you are going in the wrong direction. It’s this second area that’s the most difficult to discern. I’ve discovered that the first element that reveals to me the key to this issue is the ability of the leader to honest discern within himself if it’s his flesh that’s motivating him to embrace a certain project.

The flesh can appear in many ways to try to influence us. The most common of these is the lust to desire to do something. Then it’s our ego that wants to continue on despite warnings, and also our pride. This is the point where honesty becomes imperative to your ability to discern whether the direction you are going is right or wrong. It’s time for you to find a true prophet of God to prophesy over your personal life, your business, and your future. The Book of Revelation states that there will come a time when the apostles and prophets will rejoice because their time has come. There has never been a time when it’s so important to hear a fresh word from God. The Lord’s prophets span all denominations and religious affiliations, and operate in every kind of atmosphere. We have seen and heard about them on television and in the movies. It’s God’s way of advertising and promoting these clear heavenly communications.

False prophets are easy to detect, and even simpler to ignore. The Bible clearly states that a true prophet of God will accurately prophesy about something that will happen in your near future. When it comes to pass, it’s an evident sign that you’ve just heard a true word from God. But there is another test, an acid test: that that every true word of God must be confirmed out of the mouth of two or three witnesses. This is God’s way of installing a safety system so you can test the prophets, if they are of God or not.
