Dealing With Principalities At Parties
May 14, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
As you climb up the ladder of success, you’re going to find yourself going to more parties. That’s right, I said “parties”. These are, in fact, the places where deals are made. They are very common for people who are influential. For example, Jesus Christ began His ministry at one held in Canaan. It was a wedding reception. Parties are extremely profitable and are important places that God wants you to be at. At the same time you must be aware that they are where principalities and powers in high places love to hang out. Their sole purpose is to meet and try to put their influences upon you.
One of the most obvious sources of conflict you’ll encounter at one of these events is people whose only intentions are to do evil. Wicked spirits realize the value of such people who attend these parties. While you are enjoying the luxury of fellowship of other leaders, God wants you to also be aware of new business opportunities that He may be bringing to you. That is why evil spirits wish to dominate these parties, and why it’s important for each of us to have our defenses up and be ready to defend ourselves from these influences. One of the first things to realize is that your best defense is to coat your spirit with “Teflon” ~ a physical example of a necessary spiritual condition. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Moving Ahead In Spite Of Resistance
May 7, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
Resistance is one of the most common elements that leaders face. For that reason it’s important for us to discern what are the hindrances that formulate resistance, which ones you should ignore, and which ones are simply God warnings that you are going in the wrong direction. It’s this second area that’s the most difficult to discern. I’ve discovered that the first element that reveals to me the key to this issue is the ability of the leader to honest discern within himself if it’s his flesh that’s motivating him to embrace a certain project.
The flesh can appear in many ways to try to influence us. The most common of these is the lust to desire to do something. Then it’s our ego that wants to continue on despite warnings, and also our pride. This is the point where honesty becomes imperative to your ability to discern whether the direction you are going is right or wrong. If there’s any amount of flesh discernable in your decision-making process, then you must be willing to drop the entire project immediately. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Find Your True Prophet
April 30, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
It’s time for you to find a true prophet of God to prophesy over your personal life, your business, and your future. The Book of Revelation states that there will come a time when the apostles and prophets will rejoice because their time has come. There has never been a time when it’s so important to hear a fresh word from God. The Lord’s prophets span all denominations and religious affiliations, and operate in every kind of atmosphere. We have seen and heard about them on television and in the movies. It’s God’s way of advertising and promoting these clear heavenly communications.
False prophets are easy to detect, and even simpler to ignore. The Bible clearly states that a true prophet of God will accurately prophesy about something that will happen in your near future. When it comes to pass, it’s an evident sign that you’ve just heard a true word from God. But there is another test, an acid test: that that every true word of God must be confirmed out of the mouth of two or three witnesses. This is God’s way of installing a safety system so you can test the prophets, if they are of God or not. The Lord realizes how vital this type of ministry is for your future. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Building A Rock-Solid Base
April 23, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
We all know that a foundation is the most important part of a structure, but many times we don’t realize how vital a foundation is in the business realm. Businesses are built on people, not just on ideas. And this is a flaw that many times is overlooked. It’s so important that the people who form your business are solid and firm in their fundamental principles. That’s why the choice of those select few is so critical.
One of the secrets of this process is finding the “genie in the bottle.” This is someone who most likely is a gray-headed older person with a few prizefights underneath their belt. But they can show you the ropes, as it were, in the combat arena. Their wisdom is an invaluable asset when it comes to predicting the market audience’s response to your project. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Starting With Nothing
April 16, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
People think the secret to starting a business is simply obtaining money ~ when nothing could be further from the truth. If anything, money is probably the least important ingredient required for a good start-up. The real secret to a good start-up is found in people ~ a collection of privileged individuals who have found unity in a unique dream or vision. It’s this singular unity that drives them to the first production level. Then, when money is added to the formula, it gives them the ability to take everything to the next level.
Isn’t it kind of funny that Jesus never talked about money as being the great attraction in His gospel? He was always focused on people. And yet, money became the main subject matter of most of His parables. Christ taught about money management: how to divide it, how to multiply it, and how to live within one’s means. But never once did He tell us to seek only money. Instead, He said to seek first God’s righteousness, and money would be added as a natural consequence. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Slowing Down, And It’s Effect On Quality
April 9, 2012
By Richard Gazowsky
Anxiousness is many times the driving force that causes people, who desire success, to be propelled forward. But the problem is, many times such anxiousness is the cause of failure. The end result is, that many people who desire to be successful in their careers end up never even touching it. Instead, they find themselves in the same financial, physical, and employment situation they were in ten or twenty years before.
When God began to talk to me about my moving to a new plateau of living and success, He dealt with my concept of what was real quality. Through much trial and error I began to realize that quality wasn’t necessarily found in the price of something, but rested more in the patience that was used in the product’s development. How much did you pray, think about, and meditate before you began the project? In each endeavor that I’ve entered into the last few years, God has constantly slowed down my preparation process ~ especially at the development and planning stage. I’m finding that it’s at this stage of the process where the real quality of the project begins. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Controlling The Darkness Of The Flesh
April 2, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
As most of you know, I’ve been recovering from a serious medical condition in my body, which has caused me to be immobile most of the day. Maybe because of this condition, I had crazy thoughts come into my mind a few days ago. I knew that thoughts like I was experiencing could easily turn into a phobia so it really concerned me. I have noticed among many wealthy people that they often suffer from phobias, like the fear of germs, unusual sicknesses, financial ruin, etc.
The fear that I was dealing with was so trivial, that it almost seems like a joke as I now look back on it. Yet I realized that often there are things which at first appear comical that later become very serious. Then the question came to my mind, “What is the source of such fears?” Obviously Jesus is not the source, so it has to be the enemy of our soul, or our flesh. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
Preparing For The Unexpected
March 5, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
Isaiah the prophet told us very clearly that God’s ways are not like our ways. The problem is, most of us look at this true statement as a distant adage and not something that we are expected to apply to our lives today. The fact is, if you and I are committed to a Christ-like life, it’s something we’re going to face on a daily basis.
Jesus said, “I can do nothing unless I see the Father do it.” In the same way, if we are to follow Jesus’ example and do nothing unless we see the Father do it first, we will assuredly be faced with surprisingly unusual consequences in many of our actions. That’s because the simple fact still remains: God’s ways are not our ways. If you look further into the Bible, you’ll see almost every unusual occurrence that happened with Jesus was a result of Him doing exactly what He saw the Father doing. We know that Christ explained these types of scenarios numerous times in the Scriptures. But today we are dealing with these kinds of situations in modern contemporary sequences of events, and they can be quite sticky as we shall see. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
How To Make Decisions About Distributing Great Wealth
February 27, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
I’m taking the point of this subject from my Friday Morning Blog. There I dealt with the issue of Job and the trials God allowed him to go through in order to see if Job would charge God foolishly. This is a very heavy subject that most people in leadership, and those who possess great wealth, are going to have to deal with. How do we judge things that happen in our own lives that are not necessarily convenient or good for us? Do we treat them as attacks from the enemy, or just coincidences that happen to everyone? Or is there a higher purpose for everything? I strongly believe that there is a divine purpose in every single thing that happens to us. And this fact becomes even more acute the higher we are placed in authority and in positions of having great wealth. Each of us who are in these positions need to get a clear-cut understanding of what the real issues are that we are dealing with.
In Job’s situation, he was already a man of great wealth. But suddenly he loses everything by the calamities that fell upon him, tragedies that weren’t a result of his own actions. Those of you who have experienced being in positions of power understand how easy it was for your enemies to cause calamities to befall you ~ even though you knew you didn’t do anything wrong as to your own actions. This not only happened to you, but it befell other great honest leaders throughout history. Joan of Arc was a pure young girl who innocently heard voices from God. But this didn’t stop wicked leaders from inventing scenarios of her supposed violations of Scripture. <- If you would like to read more, please email us at: wysiwygsf@earthlink.net
The Key To Intimacy With Your Personal Jesus
February 20, 2012
By: Richard Gazowsky
Before you read this blog you need to make sure that you have read the Friday Morning Blog, which introduces the subject I’m going to talk about. The blog is free of charge. If you don’t get it by email, you can download it at: wysiwyghome.com. Feel free to register and get them sent to you weekly. I closed the blog with a subject concerning a new coming renaissance that could affect the world culturally in a very powerful and lasting manner. I also mentioned that it’s important for us Christians to prepare ourselves for this soon-coming revelation. I believe the best preparation we all can make is regarding our personal intimate relationships with Jesus Christ Himself. I’m going to prove this by continuing to look at Paul’s writings to the Ephesian church because I feel this revelation is so well described by him.
Paul tells us the magnitude and impact such a revelation will have upon our society. I don’t need to tell you that the world is ready right now for the most dramatic change that has ever occurred in history. Our own country’s national debt is technically worse than that of Greece, even though Greece is the one who is facing bankruptcy. Most people believe that the United States is too big to fail. But that’s the same thing that was said about Rome, Babylon, Greece, France (under Napoleon), Russia, and the list goes on and on. We can look at the world situation in its negative light, or the positive faith-filled light of Jesus, who is willing and able to save everyone on the planet. <- If you would like to read more, please subscribe by clicking here.
